Our Services

XY ACADEMY LLC provides online English lessons for Haitians living in the United States. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a class or create a payment obligation.

Class schedules, fees, payment arrangements, and cancellation or refund terms will be provided before enrollment. Review those details before purchasing lessons.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and contact details you are authorized to use. Use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the website, or misuse another person’s information.

SMS Program

Program name: XY ACADEMY LLC SMS Program.

Message purpose: If you separately opt in, you may receive automated or manually sent non-marketing text messages about your class inquiry, enrollment, and class reminders.

Consent: SMS participation is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing lessons or submitting an inquiry. Accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in SMS.

Frequency and costs: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and class schedule. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Ask your wireless provider about your plan’s charges.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation text and then stop further program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the SMS opt-in process on our website again.
